A non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through sports in Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei Settlement.
Who We Are
Donge League is a non-profit, non-partisan, non-governmental organization focused on providing equal access to sports opportunities for young individuals in Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei Settlement in Turkana West, Kenya.
We bring together villages of the Lopit community to compete in various sports, from soccer to athletics and traditional wrestling. Through these activities, we create connections to home, foster community spirit, and develop essential life skills in our youth.
Our Mission
To empower children and youth in Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei Settlement through sports like soccer, nurturing artistic talents, and fostering essential life skills, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging.
Our Vision
To inspire young individuals to be physically active and creatively expressive, promoting healthy lifestyles and personal growth for a brighter future.
